International Women’s Day on March 8th 2010 Wishes

international-womens-dayInternational Women’s Day celebrated on March 8 of every year. This Year also Women’s Day is celebrated across the world with peacefully. In India President Pratibha Patil on the 100th edition message stated that every year, we celebrate International Women’s Day on March 8, to recognize the dedication and achievements of women.

This year is even more special as this is the 100th edition. Indian women as part of this epoch making movement have played an exemplary role and will continue to be a major determinant of our future progress and inclusive growth.

She expresses her great pleasure in extending greetings and best wishes to the women of India for their continued success.

The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe said that peace and stability can only be achieved with the participation of women as equal partners with men.
